IMPORTANT TO KNOW: Our standard travel packages include economy class flights from selected airports, taxes, airport charges, airline fuel surcharge, transfers and one overnight stay depending on the destination. The hotel breakfast for a pre-night hotel stay is not included. As part of the standard flight package, for cruises from Europe, the outbound flight takes place on the day of embarkation (the day before for cruises from North America, Puerto Rico, Dubai, Cape Town, South America and Hong Kong, two days in advance for cruises from Singapore, Tokyo, Sydney and Auckland) and the return flight on the day of disembarkation. Alternative flight dates, stopovers and upgrades in Premium Economy, Business Class and First Class are subject to availability and current pricing. If you have specific preferences or would like to order additional services such as a special meal or a transfer service, please let us know – we will be happy to try to accommodate your requests. As airlines do not usually allow name changes, we ask you to provide correct first and last names (according to passport) and the dates of birth of all guests. Please note that seat reservations in Economy Class are usually subject to a fee and can be made directly with the airline from 30 days before departure. If you are booked in a higher class of carriage, your desired seat can usually be reserved free of charge by our flight department. Please note that based on the booked flight tariff, changes and free of charge cancellations may not be possible. Please ask your travel agency or our reservations team for details. TRANSFER SERVICE If you book your flights individually you can make use of our transfer service that is available in most of our embarkation and disembarkation ports worldwide. Our comfortable transport service takes you from the airport to the pier on embarkation day and back from the pier to the airport on disembarkation day.
