During this class students were compelled to look at the world around them, and make their own predictions of what the world might be like in 2050. Read along to travel in time and learn about the future!!

In my dream life, I would live in a two-story house with a slide instead of stairs. I would also like to have a lot of dogs that a robot can take care of when I am busy traveling or working. I would like to be doing extreme sports for a job because it is really fun.

I would also like a private jet that runs on trash so it can be recycled instead of being thrown in the landfill. There would be computers that are portable (in a bracelet), and hoverboards and cars that run on different things except for the things that can pollute the earth. Kids all over the world would have an education. A new type of food that I will invent is an ice cream that will not melt nor fall.

PLANTS & POLLUTION

In 2050, there will be no plants. It will have gotten to this point because of how much pollution there is in the world and how we use too much paper and other supplies involving trees. Right now many factories are letting out air pollution, and people are cutting down trees for supplies or farming land. The impact that this will have on people’s lives is that there will be no more clean air to breathe. This will not only be an impact on people but on animals too.

Imagine how many animals depend on trees and can become extinct!

A new thing that I would invent to improve my life is a robot that isn’t human-like but has a circle as its head and eye. It can also rotate 360 degrees, and it will have five arms and be able to float with air coming from the bottom. The bottom of the robot will take the air from your house and make it clean.

We could invent the machine that will replace trees and clean our air. However, to make these machines, that could create even more pollution through using the supplies we would have left, and having factories to make them in the first place! It’s just insane. This can affect children who wouldn’t know what a tree is because machines will replace trees. There can be so much pollution that for a while the sky wouldn’t be blue, but a hazy gray color. We hope that it will not come to this point and try to avoid not having trees.

In 2050 my dream life would be to live in a two-story house because I would like to climb stairs every day of my life. Most people think that would it would be tiring to climb stairs every day, but I already do that, and it doesn’t get tiring it is actually kind of fun climbing up and down.

I all so want pets like a dog or a cat. I want a dog because they’re cute and you’re never alone when you have a dog.

Also to make 2050 easier to handle I could event something that would be helpful in every life situations.

- Under the Sea -

By 2050, a human is going to be able to go all the way down to the bottom of the ocean.

This is going to happen because no one has done it. Only a quarter of the ocean is discovered. Just like a rocket goes up, it’s going down instead.

There is going to be a submarine like a rocket that can reach the deepest depths of the ocean.

Think about it, when you go up, there is pressure, and when you go down in water, there is pressure. So the way we can start is by thinking of the things we already make things. Just like we’re discovering space, we should also start discovering the ocean.

My dream life in 2050 will be that I will be living in a two-story suburban house with twin girls and a daughter. I will be living in California or either Hawaii. I will have my careers as actress, artist, and photographer. I will be traveling around the world for fun. I will visit my family and friends even if I don’t need too.

If I could invent a new electronic, I would invent a teleporting machine that could take me to any place I would like to go. I would also make a super energized banana and I will also create a place called Banana World. I will also include Apple World. I would even invent a magnet holder and it could grab any type of magnet that’s close or far.

BUILDINGS IN 2050

By Karina de la o In 2050, buildings will be made in different forms and shapes.This can happen by architects designing how they want it to look like.They can also write down the materials they will use and how they can build it.

I would like to see a building constructed in the shape of a whole koala figure. I would like it to be made out of wood for the frame, and fake fur for the outside texture.

Builders can use their engineering skills and draw the buildings how they want it to look like, instead of executing constructions based on the old perceptions.

This process will impact people’s lives by explaining to them how it was done, which will inspire and encourage little kids to use their imagination. The constructors and architects will also be giving tours of the building. My opinion is that these buildings can be hard to build, however, architects can try their best to make it.

In 2050, I will be an engineer creating robotic sea animals that eat trash. I would be working in a lab creating all sorts of different things that help the earth.

Robotic sea animals

In 2050 people will invent robotic sea animals to go into the sea and eat pollution.

These bionic animals are going to be designed to prevent trash from killing animals like fish and turtles. I came up with this idea to save animals, and waste not getting thrown into the sea.

This will help people in their life by saving animals. I really want to see this happen because I like the sea and the different animals that live inside of the ocean. Also, if there is no more pollution, It can save a lot of the environment on the planet. With less pollution then more fishers will have more fish to catch. This invention is going to work with the fake animals going into the sea and eating all of the trash. The bionic animals would crush all of the garbage and make it into pieces of scrap, and it would recycle all of the garbage, and so they can do more stuff with it besides throwing it into the ocean. And no it cannot clean pools because there is almost no trash in pools. Maybe they can clean lakes because there is a lot of trash, but mostly this invention will clean the oceans because they are really big and with lots of garbage.
