STERLING TOWERS This 40 storey tower is located at the center of Sterling Tower in India. The inspiration of this design comes from the luxurious form of yacht and its curve-linear decks. The tower is an exclusive residential tower with one unit per floor. the approximate area of each unit is 7,000 sq. ft. with an impressive floor to floor height of four metres. LOCATION

EL TOWERS

VERTEX HOUSING

These twin towers rise more than 700 feet with a graceful tilt suggestive of two dancers in rhythm with one another, one convex and the other concave, artfully connected, yet independent. Referred to as the Dancing sisters (nick named as the SPICE GIRLS in reference to Dubai ‘s role in spice trade), this mixed use space was designed by XYZ Architects with ABC serving as local architect. Sitting across a man-made lake from the monumental Burj Khalifa, the tallest building in the world, these towers provide dramatic views of the Persian Gulf. They express the dynamic celebration and good luck to a booming city with a vertical skyline unlike any other in the world.

The project concept was to put the people at core and commit itself to create brand new residence idea to provide elegant and comfort community environment for the purpose of building this project into an integrated first class residential area in the world with elegant environment, convenience service. ELEXI HOMES A 17 floors high end mixed use development near India. It is designed with the concept of stepped terrace gardens with roof top pools having magnificent view of the central 2 acre greens. Separate entry for retail and office development. LOCATION

These twin towers rise more than 300 feet with a graceful curve-linear portico element extent from top to bottom. This is a pair of 24 storey residential tower located at Bangalore, Karnataka. The design challenge was to mix vastu principles with the contemporary architectural language. The tower is an exclusive residential tower with four unit per floor. The approximate areas of each unit varies from 2,200 - 3,200 sq. ft. The unique features of the tower inlcudes the wooden looking skin and sleek balcony details. LOCATION

HOLA POLESTAR The tower draws inspiration from Contemporary Architecture accentuating with jaali on façade creating patterns and highlighting verticality with feature walls, making iconic statement supplemented by subtle colors and façade elements. These elegant high-rise residential apartments in the busy district of Bangalore, have an iconic character. The structure comprises of two (B+S+13) floored towers overlooking Club-house which also separates the two. Subtle facade treatment with minimal design elementsdefine the contemporary character of the towers. The design tends to accentuate verticality in the built form. All sort of architectural gimmicks have been avoided and no elements create visual drama and contrast with the urban scape. With interest in traditional building features, we have incorporated Jali screens in the contemporary towers as decorative facade elements. LOCATION

THE SPHERE It is pinnacle in premium Golf centric residential developments in India. Total of 700 Golf Villas and Sky Villas, and a 25000 sft Golf club house shall be built apart from which 1 shopping mall, 1 Recreational club shall also be developed in the Golf development. The design and planning approach for ‘The Speher’ at India is governed by basic planning principles - the explicit delineation of the project infrastructure, lush green spaces, pedestrian movement spaces, graded vehicular movement systems and public amenities - all of which are then designed as high quality elements. Smaller villas and sky villas are placed over the podium to get the view of golf course and the parking for each villa is provided in stilt of each villa with exclusive entry to the villa. State of the Art Golf Clubhouse with its world class amenities & swimming pool nestles in lush green environs chaperoned by the tall towers.

COMMERCIAL STR PARK This Software campus is a challenging project as the location is close to the runway of Airport, hence it was important to design keeping in mind the acoustical design. This building will be constructed with pre-cast concrete technology, housing 6000 employees in two office buildings of 5 floors each. Each floor plate twisted slightly to create terraces on alternate floor, which will have landscape and informal seating area for employees. These buildings are inward looking to the central atrium and lesser openings on the periphery without compromising on the natural ventillation.

The emphasis of the project was to create a sense of undisrupted environment. the facilities is planned in such a way that the main lobby leads to a central landscaped street connecting all three blocks creating ‘micro-climate’ for the employees for informal gathering. The connecting bridges between the blocks and the central street gives the ‘campus’ feel to the facility. Tha facade of the building is simple and minimal with protruding glass boxes, the pattern of the glass depicting the ‘Deloitte’ Logo with the ‘green dot’ and the vertical walls the building a unique feel. GOLDENGATE TECH This is a mixed use building with office and retail space located within the premises of Tech Park. The 2 Lac Sq. Ft. mall component has a mix of restaurants, retail and recreation. This is the single largest commercial building footprint in India. The intent was to break the box-like mass and monotony by introducing patterns in the elevation using a few different materials. A combination of ACP and glass has been used in dynamic diagonal patterns and the glass expanses continue the pattern by alternating between reflective and transparent glass. On the parking walls, the pattern continues with louvers instead of glass or ACP, and vertical greens. The technique adopted in the erection of this 3 basements, ground + 11 floor building, is top-down construction.

To begin with, this hospital doesn’t look like a hospital. The patient-care spaces spell pure elegance and provide complete privacy, creating a warm, positive ambience that’s conducive to healing. Right from clutter-free patient care spaces to the pastel-hued décor, each and every aspect has been designed with utmost care and attention to detail, to ensure maximum comfort for the patient.

Site of Terrace resort is also having 40% slope throughout the length of the site. Resort is designed to take maximum advantage of this feature of the site. Designing in step manner each unit gets maximum view of the scenic waterfall of Kerala as well as get terrace. The project idea was not only overcome the constraints of the site, but the benefits of this deployment and its unique views.

Habitat 67 comprises 354 identical, prefabricated concrete forms arranged in various combinations, reaching up to 12 stories in height. For Terrace Resort, POD is being used to reduce effect on the ecology of the region. Use of POD will also speed up the construction and simplify the construction on such steep site. Sloping site and form allow terraces for each of the unit. These terraces can be spaces to admire nature from the premise of the resort. A canopy walkway or a skywalk is an aerial trail system that allows people to journey through the upper parts of the forest, also known as the canopy. Its unique structure enables visitors to closely explore the flora and fauna that thrives in the lofty environment.

The house is designed as a contemporary-spatial entity yet remaining tropically inclined, in terms of context and climate and materials. Being set back massively away from the main access road, it provides for a setting that spells out the scale and enormity of the house. Clean straight lines as the design language and use of local materials generically dictate the character that finally shows out. Punched by a big courtyard inward looking, away from the main road, the house caters to privacy of the insiders, thus projecting an imposing façade and volume on the outside face, and at the same time inducing a porous kind of spatial quality on the inside, which is crucial for the typology and climate of the region containing this house.

• COMFORT FOR THE USERS : The architecture forms & the open spaces are the direct reflection of the local climate & temperature – “hot & humid” The all work spaces are kept away from the south façade and air flow is let to pass over the vegetation allowing for the passive cooling from the sw direction. Passive design measures include orientation, building mass, Controlled ventilation & fenestration, shading of the building & its surroundings, thermal mass & the solar reflectivity of the facades and roofs. The west façade is treated with tilted walls with openings to get the indirect lighting and the air movement. Key master plan design intent being zoning of industrial buildings & non industrial buildings separately intern reducing the mix of circulation. Positioning buildings so as to maximize the presentation of streetscaping and primary building entries to major roadways, to provide clear orientation and access for both vehicles and pedestrians and to facilitate internal pedestrian circulation & to create pedestrian courtyards and common employee gathering areas. A variety of architectural design treatments, including articulated building footprints to reduce massing and to promote architectural definition and interest. Enhancement of views of corridors to open areas and hill vistas. Separate road networks are planned for the raw materials & finished goods. The roads row are designed to accommodate the movement of extra long vehicles like trailers and container trucks. The road network also provides a safe & multiple modes of transportation including, buses, battery operated buggies, bicycles & pedestrians. Prominent access driveways with clear visibility of entrances. Multi-modal transportation & with controlled site access. The landscape design focuses to enhance the aesthetics of industrial development, create a pedestrian friendly environment, break up the mass of industrial buildings, soften architectural materials, provide screening of service structures and loading areas, enhance the streetscape/parkway environment, define building and parking area entrances, provide shade and climate control.
