The villa has been designed in such a way that the guests coming to meet the artists, shall not have access to the private areas being used by the family members. Therefore two separate rooms, one to be used as a drawing room for guests of the artist and people from the media and the other to be used as a living room for guests of the family. This distinction has been done in order to allow the artist to have proper personal space of his own.

Ground Floor Plan The library is two stories high as the artist will need space not only for the ample amount of books he reads but also need space for the accolades and trophies that he achieves. The inner courtyard is double heighted and covered with glass on top to allow light to enter the space. The ground floor consists of a guest suite and bedroom with attached barrier free toilet for his old parents.

These are some conceptual views of the modular office building. The image on the left is the front elevation of the building as it will be seen from the gate of the building. The image above is a rendered view of the bridge connecting every alternate pair of floors.
