According to the International Snowmobile Manufacturers Association, snowmobilers in Canada and the U.S. spend over $34 billion on the sport each year. Snowmobilers travel – 53% trailer their sleds to go riding

Economic Impact Minnesota has the most registered snowmobilers of any state – 251,986 (18%) Direct impact of snowmobiling = $199 million Impact of non-resident spending = $13 million

North Dakota has about 1% of the nation’s snowmobilers so if we also contributed to 1% of the nation’s sales – that’s $1.9 million annually
