After building a prestigious national brand, artist and textile designer Serena Dugan now creates collections with a more personal connection.

SERENA DUGAN, CO-FOUNDER and former chief creative officer of Serena & Lily—whose beachinspired collections fill retail showrooms from the Palisades to the Hamptons—departed in 2017 to launch Serena Dugan Studio. The transition provided an opportunity to focus on her painting, ultimately leading to creative expressions with textiles, wall coverings and rugs.
