REGGAE RUM PUNCH You maybe stuck at home on the Bank Holiday, Carnival weekend, but nothing is stopping you from taking a drink. You don’t even have to worry about negotiating the journey home, after all! This easy-to-follow rum punch recipe, created by Rum Ambassador Ian Burrell in the late 1990s, is an oldie but a goodie. Ingredients 50ml Wray and Nephew rum 100ml pineapple juice 100ml orange juice 25ml Grenadine syrup 10ml lime juice. Method Shake all the ingredients, together with plenty of ice, until cold. Pour into a tall glass with fresh ice. Garnish with a slice of pineapple, or a pineapple leaf.
