Plus, the Sandpiper Pavilion’s new amphitheater regularly hosts live music .

See a famous statue . The towering “El Cristo de los Pescadores,” or Christ of the Fisherman, is located at the southernmost edge of the park . The memorial pays tribute to local shrimp fisherman who lost their lives at sea .
