Harlingen’s RioFest

On November 12 and 13th, the City of Harlingen hosted its two-day festival Riofest at the Harlingen Baseball fields! Celebrating culture, music, and art, attendees enjoyed a carnival, 5k, petting zoo, bbq cook-off, tailgate party, beer garden, art park, and live music from Kevin Fowler and the Eli Young Band.
