East Meets West
The Indian Association of the Rio Grande Valley (IARGV) hosted the first East Meets West Cultural Event on May 14, 2023, at the Mission Event Center in collaboration with the City of Mission and the Greater Mission Chamber of Commerce. This special Mother’s Day Charity Event Fashion Show, with styling by Alka’s Divine Boutique and entertainment by South Indian Singer Charles Antony drew over 250 guests.
The event raised $4,000 to support Comfort House. Thank you to sponsors Wallstreet Wholesale Lender, Catalyst Medical Group, The Bungalows on Shary, Mission Regional Medical Center, Ashley Pediatrics, Top Texas Title, Holiday Inn Express, and Hampton Inn and Suites.
