Born to one of the founding fathers of Hamptons luxury residential development, J.B. Andreassi was exposed to and acquired a deep passion for designing and building from an early age. His father has built a multitude of homes since the early 1990s. He also designed and built Southampton Youth Services, Rogers Memorial Library, and other well-known commercial projects in the Hamptons and throughout Long Island.

With Nest Seekers International since 2018, J.B. has sold or put into contract 24 properties ranging from $800K to $32MM, in under three years. He is a part of the TV series Selling the Hamptons that will premiere on Discovery Plus and HGTV in early 2022. He is co-owner in a development company that oversees commercial, institutional, and residential properties in the Hamptons and on Long Island.

In J.B.’s earlier career, he worked for four years at the National Hockey League, responsible for tens of millions of dollars of corporate partnership assets. He left in 2016 to join the Related Management Group.

After a successful year and a half with Related Management Group, he pursued his desire to help people make their dream of being a Hamptons homeowner a reality and joined Nest Seekers International. One of his current listings is below.
