A note from our founder When I first started thinking about PROJECT SOFA, 2013 was fast approaching. I found myself increasingly retrospective about all the wonderful things that had happened in the past year and all the bright possibilities that lay before me with the coming of the new year. Fresh starts are like blank canvases waiting to be splashed upon, the opportunity to make your mark in a way that no one else can. In this eager spirit, I present to you the first look book of 2013, PROJECT SOFA. I’ve invited an incredible group of designers to make their very own design mark. Our brand new, tufted CHARLOTTE SOFA, upholstered in “blank canvas” white serves as an energizing fresh start and the backdrop for an amazing display of creativity and style that is reimagined 11 times over in each designer’s own unique way. You’ll also find a first look at all our NEW SOFAS(12 TOTAL!) and NEW PILLOW COLLECTION, boasting some of our favorite fabrics handpicked by the designers themselves. Once again, I thank you for all your kinds words, enthusiastic cheering on, and for being the reason Society Social has the opportunity to splash about as much color as we please in the coming year! Cheers to you, and in the vibrant spirit behind PROJECT SOFA, cheers to all the bright possibilities to come in 2013!

xoxo,

Roxy

What three words best describe your style? Classic, timeless, and infused with modern day finesse

What’s one design faux pas that people should avoid at all costs? Designing a home with the latest trends. How long have you been in the design industry, and how did you get started? In 2006, I made a career change to follow my passion for interior design. It was my desire to combine my innate design skills with my internship at the venerable Bunny Williams to one day start my own interior design firm. That dream and goal has been realized.

Favorite shelter read? I thrive on indulging in anything design related, whether it be a shelter magazine, an online digital mag, or the plethora of blogs available...they are all favorites!
