This initiative addresses various challenges within the artist cluster and development center of Kumaon. It offers a space for locals to acquire skills, generate income, and exhibit their artistic expressions. Located in Kasar Devi, bridging Almora and Bageshwar, it serves as a significant tourist destination. The project aims to create job opportunities for villagers and provides a venue for tourists to explore and appreciate local culture, language, cuisine, architecture
Project Description
This cafe in Auroville blends natural beauty with minimalist, modern architecture to create a serene, open-air space. Lush greenery, earthy tones, and a central tree anchor the design, enhancing the connection to nature. The cafe’s sleek white furniture contrasts with wooden accents, striking a balance between modern and rustic. The layout promotes seamless flow, fostering a tranquil atmosphere for relaxation and social gatherings. Designed with sustainability in mind, this cafe reflects Auroville’s philosophy of environmental and social harmony.
Relief shelters play a vital role in large-scale crisis and are an important part of the response and recovery. These shelters, that we like to call “RE-HOME” are used to provide safe and secure places for people to live who have left or lost their usual accommodations as a result of some form of disaster. They not only provide immediate and short-term shelter for the victims of a disaster, but they also help them to recover from the trauma of a disaster as well as provide a base to start the process of rehabilitation.

This residential project in Tumkur was designed with a brief to create a modern, minimalist home that highlights various box forms at different scales.

This project is a dining hall for the children of BGS Institute, inspired by the form of a tree. The central column represents the tree’s trunk, connecting to the roof truss, which symbolizes branches, creating an open, shaded space beneath.
This design for BGS Kindergarten School combines playful, vibrant spaces with nature, featuring open green areas and a colorful façade. The layout encourages interaction through a central staircase and open-plan design, creating a seamless indoor-outdoor learning environment.

Project Description
This project for Magellan Solutions covers a site area of approximately 1,500 sq. m and consists of three floors. Key learnings from this site include constructin materials, layout and foundation marking, excavation, soil testing, leveling, and structural elements such as column, PCC floor and plinth beam casting. I also gained experience with reinforcement details for slabs, beams, and staircases, as well as scaffolding setup and specifications.
