CRTKL AL KHIRAN PEARL : MIXED USED COMPLEX : KUWAIT 2016
Al Khiran is a small village located in the south of Kuwait, approximately 100km from Kuwait City. Close to the sea and to Saudi Arabia, Al Khiran Pearl is intended as a reference point for tourism and will be the largest marina in Kuwait. Al Khiran Pearl City will be a luxury mix-used complex, composed by two residential towers, one furnished apartments tower, one 5-star hotel and one shopping mall. Surrounded by a massive landscape with long promenades, outdoor car parking and a marina for 900 boats.

The Al Khiran Mall will be 75,000sqm of premium and luxury shops, and will have the most deluxe F&B in the region for everyone. Our goal is create a sustainable mall incorporated in the traditional Arabic architecture. I worked on this project as part of team and my task was preparing the architecture drawings for the SD final submission (Stage 2) and coordinate the information provided from the consultants with the architecture drawings.

After SD submission the client requested us to develop the DD stage (Stage 3) for the shopping mall. My task was to coordinate the architecture drawings with the consultants information and develop detail drawings of the exterior walls and the vertical circulation (stairs, lifts and escalators) 6

CRTKL AL KHIRAN PEARL : RESIDENTIAL TOWERS 2016
Composed by two towers, the residential zone in Al Khiran is a luxury apartments with a view for the sea and the marina, with various set of services such as a private beach, a tennis court and a deluxe F&B, all reserved for the residents. I worked on this project as part of team and my task was preparing the architecture drawings for the SD final submission (Stage 2) and coordinate the information provided from the consultants with the architecture drawings.
CRTKL AL KHIRAN PEARL : HOTEL 2016
The Khiran Hotel is 5-star hotel provided with a gym, spa, restaurants, ballroom and deluxe guest rooms on the last floor with a sky lounge. The hotel target is the business class and also the tourism, with an 900sqm ballroom the Al Khiran wants to be an important spot for luxury venues in Kuwait. I worked on this project as part of team and my task was preparing the architecture drawings for the SD final submission (Stage 2) and coordinate the information provided from the consultants with the architecture drawings.
CRTKL HAMALA : MIXED USED COMPLEX : BAHRAIN 2016
Hamala is village in the north of the Kingdom of Bahrain. The plot sits between a main avenue and a school, the zone has a lack of retail and public spaces. For that reason our propose is to create 5 blocks of apartments with retail spaces on the ground floor, giving a souk environment. I worked on this project as part of team and my task was to design 1 of the blocks and preparing the drawings for the SD final submission (Stage 2).

This project is located in Istanbul, Turkey. The client requested us to make some refurbishment works in the Cevahir Shopping center, one of the largest shopping center in Istanbul. I worked on this project as part of team and my task was redesign and detailing all the sitting areas and the F&B kiosk areas along the mall.
CRTKL ALJ CITY : MASTERPLAN : JEDAAH
Located in the second largest city in Saudi Arabia, Al Jeedah want to become the capital of the economics and business of Saudi Arabia. ALJ City masterplan is our proposal for this new impulse. The plot is next to a highway, for that reason we decide to create a private block composed by residential, hospitality, retail and office buildings. The main goal is to provide a human-scale urban environment offering a distinguished bussiness and commercial experience to ALJ guests and residents.

املوقع العام ملدينة عبداللطيف جميل ميكن متييزه بقوة حيث ميتلك فراغات متفردة تتكون من الفراغ املركزي ذو التصميم العضوي كذلك الطريق املتعرج والطريق الدائري وشبكة الطرق القابلة للمرور محاور املخطط تأخذ شكل عضوي وتشكل حدود الواحة الواحة تعطي هوية االحساس باملكان وهى تشبه الحديقة الغامضة وتشبه مظلة منعشة للحامية من الحرارة والضوضاء وعناء املدينة املحيطة هى قلب اخرض واسع النطاق ملجتمع جديد يقدم اكرث من 3هكتار من الفراغات املفتوحة وتشمل املرافق الرتفيهية والتجارية الواحة عبارة عن مساحة للمشاه سهل الوصول اليها من خالل شبكة مسارات املشاه والفراغات التى تحتوي عىل برنامج مختلط من وسائل الراحة هذه الخدمات متثل القيم الجوهرية لعبداللطيف جميل , للرتفيه والثقافة والتقاليد والدين ويتم توزيعها بشكل جيد عىل جميع انحاء املوقع يف مواقع اسرتاتيجية للتفاعل مع حديقة ذات مناظر طبيعية مثل الوادي والبنايات الشاهقة التى تحيط وتحدد مساحة مركزية متتع الناظر اليها عىل الرغم من ان الواحة هى مساحة مرتفعة اال انها ميكن الوصول اليها واملرور فيها من املساحات املحيطة بها توجد مساحة مركزية ثانوية محيطة بالنواة املركزية محددة بطريق رئييس دائري هذا الطريق الرئييس الدائري هو املسار الرئييس للمركبات مبدينة عبداللطيف جميل والذي يسمح بالوصول اىل كافة قطع االرايض املداخل االساسية هى بوابتني رشفيتني واحدة امام املكتب املركزي الرئييس يف الغرب من خالل طريق

CRTKL ALJ CITY : HOTEL 2015
The ALJ Hotel is located right next to the hight road, it is a 4-star business hotel. With two luxury restaurants in the ground floor, one ballroom and five meeting rooms. The hotel will be a welcome for the ALJ City, in that sense the façade of the hotel assumes an important reference for the all masterplan. I worked on this project as part of a team and I was responsible for preparing the architecture drawings according with the information provided from the urban planning team. Located in the council of Stroke Newington on the North of London, this project is a refurbishment and an extension of a three storey detached house. The client own the property. I worked on this project as part of a team and I started on this project in the early stage. We’ve done the survey (Stage 0) and then prepared all the drawings for the planning application (Stage 1). This project allowed me to work with the London housing regulation.

JOSE DIAS COELHO : RESIDENTIAL : LISBON
This project is located in the old town of Lisbon. Our proposal is a junction of an existing building and a new one. This is a five storey building with a good transport service and to follow the tradition of the borough we create a public passage to a commercial small building that end in a nice courtyard. I had to redesign the interior space of the two buildings with special attention to the regulation required for building refurbishment. I participated on the development of the architecture project and later I made the 3D model in Revit.

SANTA LUZIA : DETACHED HOUSE : FUNCHAL
This detached house was own by a private client and it was located in Funchal, Madeira. It is a two storey detached house with beautiful view for the sea and yard in the background. The client asked me to follow the construction and to choose all finishes. I decided to use a 3D model made on Revit to show to the client the results of my choices, and also to measure and calculate the costs. With this project I learned how to communicate with the contractor and how to deal with the client’s budget.

QUINTA NOVA DO TOJAL : MIXED USE COMPLEX : SINTRA
This project is located in a town 30km a away from Lisbon. The council own the plot and proposed us to create a small development to cover the lack of public spaces in the zone. The location was a challenge for this project, the terrain has different heights. And to avoid to many stairs and ramps we create two platforms where the 10 block of flats sits. The complex is composed by 10 buildings each one with large retail shops on the ground floor. The apartments goes from 1-bedroom flat to 4-bedroom flat. I was responsible to drew the apartments of every building, under the supervision of the senior designer. I also made the 3D model in Revit for the visuals.
