A: For UAE Resident:

You need to pay through Postdated cheques (PDCs) for all the Installments as per Payment schedule mentioned in your Unit Reservation Agreement (URA) / Sales and Purchase Agreement (SPA).

All PDCs must be submitted within fourteen (14) days from the effective date of your URA. PDCs should be addressed to the Project Escrow Bank Account (As mentioned in the bank account details section).

For Non-Resident:

You can pay through Bank Transfer into the Project Escrow Account. It is mandatory to mention the purchased UNIT NUMBER and FULL NAME OF THE PURCHASER under the “Information for Beneficiary Account” for us to identify your funds for allocation. Please share the transaction details (Proof of Payment) with us by emailing at payments@oro24.com

Q: If I pay through Bank Transfer / TT, what will be the value of my Receipt?

A: The Receipt will be issued based on the Exact Value Received in our Bank Account. Please note, if there are any Intermediary Bank(s) Fee deduction or any other Bank charges, it will not be accounted as amount received.

Q: What are the Dubai Land Department (DLD) registration charges to be paid for the property purchase in KYOTO BY ORO24?

A: As per the current regulations from Dubai Land Department (DLD), the below fees must be paid immediately at the time of the booking for all the off-plan property purchases. You will be required to pay the following fee into the Corporate Account of ORO24 Real Estate Development LLC.

Registration Fee: 4% of Unit Contract Price + AED 20.00 Knowledge Fee + AED 20.00 Innovation Fee + AED 1,054.00 OQOOD Fee. NOTE: Government fees are subject to revision from time to time as per DLD.

Q: When will my purchased property in KYOTO BY ORO24 get registered in Dubai Land Department (DLD)?

A: Once the Unit Reservation Agreement (URA) is signed and the Down Payment and Dubai Land Department Registration Fees are paid, your property in KYOTO BY ORO24 will be registered in Dubai Land Department system (OQOOD). Once Registration is processed, you will be notified directly with an Initial Contract of Sale (ICS) Document on your registered email address by Dubai Land Department.
