General Terms.

1.

Participation in the MyResorts program constitutes unconditional acceptance of the MyResorts Benefits & Terms (including the General and Specific Terms) by Members.

2.

Subject to these terms and conditions, Members may have the opportunity to enjoy benefits under the MyResorts program (“MyResorts Benefits”) when they stay at participating AccorHotels resorts in Asia Pacific according to their Le Club AccorHotels status level. Please refer to the list of participating Resorts in MyResorts program on AccorHotels.com.

3.

Eligibility: In order to participate in the MyResorts program: a. the hotel guest must be a Le Club AccorHotels member. b. the Member must provide their loyalty card number or member number when making a reservation, and present their card at the reception desk of the participating AccorHotels resort when checking in for their stay. Notwithstanding the above, non-members can join the Le Club AccorHotels program and participate in MyGlass and MyKids at any time during their stay. c. Save for MyGlass and MyKids, the Member’s stay at the participating AccorHotels resort is eligible for earning Points under the Le Club AccorHotels Loyalty Program.

4.

Benefits: a. To enjoy the MyResorts Benefits, the Member must present their card each time they request a specific benefit. b. Only available at participating AccorHotels resorts in Asia Pacific which is subject to change. May be subject to further terms and conditions imposed by the participating AccorHotels resort. c. MyResorts Benefits are subject to availability and request. d. Subject to applicable laws, void where prohibited by law. e. Save for MyGlass and MyKids, does not apply to groups. f. Save as specified in the Specific Terms below, the Member’s MyResorts Benefits is strictly personal and non-transferable to any other party.

5.

Member’s Responsibilities: Any breach of the MyResorts Benefits Terms & Conditions, any abusive or fraudulent use of the MyResorts program, the provision of any false information and any prejudicial or reprehensible behaviour (in particular, regrettable, malicious or insulting behavior towards hotel staff) may result in the individual’s exclusion from the MyResorts Benefits program, the termination of the individual’s membership in the Le Club AccorHotels loyalty program without prior notice or compensation, as well as the cancellation of the Points earned by the Member .

This termination and exclusion shall be without prejudice to the rights of the AccorHotels Group and the administrator of the Le Club AccorHotels loyalty program. The Member shall have no entitlement to make any claim for compensation for any reason whatsoever.

6.

MyResorts program shall take effect from 1 September 2015 and AccorHotels reserves the right to discontinue this program at any time.

AccorHotels may, at its absolute discretion, at any time, vary, delete or add to any of the terms and conditions from time to time without prior notice.

7.

In the event of any conflict between the general and specific terms, the specific terms shall prevail. In the event of any conflict between the English and translated version of these terms and conditions, the terms of the English version will prevail.

Specific Terms.

•

Subject to applicable laws and such other terms as may be imposed by the participating AccorHotels resort, void where prohibited by law.

•

Service of alcohol is subject to the responsible service of alcohol.

•

Daily price, types of available beverages, timing and duration of beverages is set by the participating AccorHotels resort which may vary by resort and are subject to change. Daily price applies to the day of the purchase.

•

Does not apply to in-room dining and excludes items for purchase in the minibar or refreshment center and bottled water for sale in the guest room.

•

Only available at participating restaurants and bars.

•

If required, Members must wear a Le Club AccorHotels wristband or present such other identifying items as required by the participating AccorHotels resort to participate in the program.

•

Not transferable to non-participating members.

•

Members can purchase at any point during the stay.
