Construction Documents
The project was a 2 story, office building in Allendale, NJ with most of the scope involving interior TI and renovation. The building was previously a warehouse structure which needed to be gutted to create offices.
I was responsible for developing the construction documents for final construction including floor plans, RCPs, electrical layouts, sections, interior elevations, and organizing the drawing set. AutoCAD was used for developing the entire drawing set.

Saratoga, CA. This is the biggest project I have ever worked on, with a total of more than 800 submittal sheets in Revit. I worked at KSH when the project was in the construction phase.
I was responsible for answering and routing constant RFI’s and Submittals, site meetings, new drawings for coordination with engineers and contractors, field reports, and handling the Revit model to fix any issues and clashes in the drawing set.
