20m? Wide tree belt of mature beech hedge (2-4m high) on Westside. Mature Black Pine (1214m high) down centre of tree belt and Hawthorn (4-6m high) with occasional Laylandii on east side. Grass verge and footpath adjacent to Hauxton Road .No visibility through to Hauxton Road.
