The clear layout on the home page allows simpler and faster access to key features, enabling browsers to locate the service or news item required. For those who may still be navigating the changes, following are some guides, based on the most frequently asked questions.
How to log in You will need to have a current membership with the Smart Energy Council to access member benefits and resources. STEP 1: Click the ‘Members Login’ button located on the top right corner of the home page. STEP 2: Your Username is your email address, make sure your email address matches the one you registered with. Then enter your password. If you don’t know your password, click on ‘Reset Password’ and a temporary password will be sent to your email address.
How to reset a password STEP 1: Click the ‘Members Login’ button located on the top right corner of the home page. STEP 2: Click on ‘Reset Password’. STEP 3: Enter your email and click ‘Send Reset Email’. An email will be sent with recovery instructions to reset your password. If you do not see the email, please be sure to check your spam or junk email folder.
Where can I find the Smart Energy Council logo? A reminder that you must have current membership with the Smart Energy Council to access member benefits and resources. STEP 1: Login to your Member Account. STEP 2: Navigate to ‘My Account’, on the left hand side you will see a link ‘Other Downloads’. STEP 3: Select Smart Energy Council Logo and click Download.
