BELAIR NOOK is located in the heart of the Belair district. The building’s triangular shape is a result of it sitting on a corner between two roads: Avenue Gaston Diderich and Rue Théodore Eberhard.

We are located close to Luxembourg’s city centre, which is easily accessible by car via the main entry road to the city or via the extensive public transport system. The motorway is also quite nearby and easily accessible (approximately 2 km).

The Belair area is well established as an exclusive high-quality residential area, which boasts a wide range of amenities such as swimming pools, tennis courts, restaurants, shops and wellness facilities. In addition, the Josy Barthel Stadium and the hospital ‘Centre Hospitalier de Luxembourg’ are only a few minutes away.

The Project Le projet

Nook is a discreet and exclusive luxury residential development in the sought after Belair district.

This luxury residential building with its limestone, glass and aluminium facade is set on a corner with open views. Hence the name of the project: Nook.

Whilst the ground floor apartments have been reserved, the first floor is composed of two luxury apartments ranging from 57 m2 to 105 m2.

These apartments offer 2 indoor parking spaces.

The second and third floors are occupied by the exceptional and large duplex penthouse which boasts large terraces dominating the three sides of the facade. Offering 300 m2 of living area, this unique penthouse has up to 3 or 4 bedrooms, as well as large entertaining and living areas. The penthouse also offers 2 indoor parking spaces with the option of increasing this to 4 by way of a parking system.
