I.Memo Introduction:
The Strength of Greene’s legal claim lies in the fact that Jennifer signed a confidentiality agreement at the beginning of her employment.
By signing this agreement Jennifer agreed to not divulge any information regarding Greene’s process to create Ever-Gold. Jennifer’s history of tardiness is also reasonable grounds for termination.
