ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: The Mechanicsville Volunteer Resque Squad responded to a report of a burn injury. There they found a 75 year old male who had accidentally fallen into a fire pit while burning brush/yard debris. The subject was flown by Maryland State Police Trooper 7 to MedStar, Washington Hospital Burn Center, where he is being treated for his injuries to his hands, arms, and knee.
