been the staple feature of any office but office desk designs and fashions continue to change and show greater variety. This is in part due to the fact that today, offices themselves vary greatly in purpose and industry. For example the furniture requirement for a call centre differs entirely to that for a showroom or an executive office.

The bench desk system has proven to be increasingly popular as it can provide large expanses of uninterrupted work areas and a flexibility that works perfectly for bigger teams that need to work together. Bench systems can be a cost effective solution as they are available to suit a variety of budgets. The bench system is often chosen for its incorporated, clever yet simple engineering. Many systems feature integral toolbar screens capable of supporting monitors and other accessories which help to keep the workstation clean. Screens... The simple addition of screens to your furniture arrangement can make the world of difference to your work environment. Freestanding screens or partitions are a great way to section off portions of your office space for different purposes without building permanent walls. Screened areas can easily be modified or reconfigured as needs change making them a popular solution in many offices. Our popular and modern curved ‘pods’ can be created by this

method which in many cases offer a cost effective and practical installation. Desktop screens can reduce office noise and create a feel of personal space for each worker whilst still allowing for easy communication between team members. Such partitions can be pinnable to provide a useful space to place notes, reminders or other materials. Desktop screens are also available with toolbars which can support monitors or other convenient desk tidy accessories.

Our popular bTogether range of meeting pods can remove the need for walls or dividers in an office by bringing private meetings out into the workplace. With its high rise back rest and media capabilities, bTogether naturally creates privacy and acoustic comfort, and allows for creative collaboration. Optional tables come in two sizes, tapered to compliment the use of arms, or wide fit to provide a more generous area of table workspace.

Other options include cable ports (behind the TV bracket and beneath the table) and monitor brackets which can be installed on either side of the link panel.
