Design:
The handset has been given a slim and sleek design, other highlights include a metal unibody with matte finish. All in all, a revamped design.
Screen:
Equipped with a 720×1440-pixel AMOLED screen that measures 6-inches. Notable amongst the differences, is the screen resolution. As per reports, it isn’t as sharp as one would have liked to have at this cost.
Processor and RAM:
The Samsung Galaxy J8 carries a processor that is a bit old in Qualcomm Snapdragon 450 processor. A higher price to pay for this one is what one can say. A performance lag was also observed by the handlers. The processor is supported by a 4GB of RAM.
Camera Configuration:
The device has got a dual-camera setup towards the back, a primary camera that is 16-MP and 5megapixel secondary camera, the front carries a 16-megapixel lens. Portrait mode exists for both camera setups.
Battery:
The gadget is powered with a 3500 mAh battery which is said to last for almost 10 hours with a solo charge. It is found to take substantial time to charge.
Memory:
64GB of internal memory is what is offered, which can be increased with the help an external microSD card. A storage management app is made available, which permits users to save on a considerable amount of memory.

This member of the Samsung family has got a price tag of Rs. 18,990.
