Date 1 p.m. on Tuesday, July 23, 2019 – 12 p.m. on Friday, July 26, 2019 / 4 Days Place Yewon Church Eligible attendees Remnants from every country with the approval from the World Remnant Administration (including those who are approved to serve as 2019 WRC staffs) • Korea - 3rd grade in middle school (equivalent to 9th international grade) and above Must have completed the 1st Level Camp Training (or Jr./Sr. High Camp Training) or be enrolled at Evangelism Institute (graduates and those taking a leave of absence are also accepted). Must have at least one team leader experience at corresponding missions department retreats. • Overseas - Rising 9th grader and above Must have completed the 1st Level Camp Training (or Jr./Sr. High Camp Training) Must have at least one team leader experience at the Remnant Conference of the residing country (or receive a recommendation from the World Remnant Administration if the country of residence does not hold a Remnant Conference).

Please note • You cannot solely register for the Leader Retreat alone. • Only those who register in advance can attend the Leader Retreat. The registration is non-transferable and there is no walk-in registration. • Lodging will be at designated stay locations and other accommodations in the region. • Pastors and their wives may audit the Leader Retreat messages. Registration fee is \120,000 KRW, which only covers seating. (Walk-in registration/seating assigned on a first come, first serve basis).

01 Make payments for the Leader Retreat and World Remnant Conference via wire transfer to the assigned personal virtual account after completing the online registration (choose one from: KEB Hana Bank, KB Kookmin Bank, NH Nonghyup Bank, or Shinhan Bank).
The new virtual account is different from the one assigned in 2018.

04 If you reside overseas and therefore cannot pay the fee via virtual account, please contact the Conference Situation Room. 05 The conference registration is complete once the receipt of the online registration and full payment is confirmed. Payment in installments You may pay your registration fee in installments up to the deadline of your payment period. ※ If the payment is not paid in full by the end of the 2nd payment period, your registration will be deemed incomplete and a refund will be processed in accordance with the refund policy (refer to the refund information below). ※ If you register online during the 1st registration period but fail to pay in full by the end of the 1st payment period, an additional \10,000 KRW will be assessed as in the 2nd payment period.
Financial aid for families with two or more attendees This financial aid is reserved for the families with two or more attendees. It covers 5% of the total sum of the registration fee incurred. If you wish to benefit from the aid, you must first make the full initial payment then, email or fax a proof of family relationship (e.g. a copy of the birth certificate, family registry, etc.) and the information of the account, to which you wish to receive the applicable rebate (e-mail: remnant@rutc.com). • Application deadline 5 p.m. on Friday, July 19 * Absolutely no application accepted during the conference • This financial aid is only for the families that made the full initial payment and submitted the requested documents before the aforementioned deadline. • Please note that any application submitted passed the deadline will not be processed. Registration Transfer Information Please contact the Conference Situation Room if you wish to transfer your completed registration to another person after the registration comes to close. Note that the responsibility for any complication that results from transferring registration without the knowledge of the situation room is entirely upon the involved parties. 7

Refund Information Although all payment is non-refundable, a refund can be arranged in an exceptional case per the refund policy.
