Happy New Year 2022, PINK Diamonds! This year mark the 10th Anniversary of Diva’s Diamonds Book Club! It was actually in 2021 but since it was a challenging year for us all I have decided to celebrate all year in 2022! I never imagined that I would have a book club online. I started initially on Goodreads and then I created this page to share with my Facebook friends who were not on Goodreads. Now over ten years later we have over 1,400 followers on Facebook and growing. I fell in love with reading when I was 4 years old. My favorite place to read is on my couch in the Living Room. There is just something about being in my living room in total silence reading during the daytime that gives me great joy reading. Reading is a gift you give to your mind. So make sure to spoil yourself daily reading somethin. I know that many people do not read books these day. But I want to encourage you all to make an effort to feed your mind and encourage others to do the same!

This is my very first Diva’s Diamonds Book Club Monthly Report. It will absolutely evolve as the months go by. I have always wanted to create this medium to share my book reading selections and reviews. This is the year for me to jump out and do new creative projects. I hope you enjoy reading these each month as much as I am enjoy creating it. Quarantine Reading Choose Books That Inspire, Empower and Encourage You To Be FLAWLESS!
Now I want to read books that are outside of my comfort zone and that will enlighten me. I want to meet new people and engage in conversations with new and fresh subject matter than what I already know. I chose books for the Diva's Diamonds Book Club Spring 2022 List that are novels and Pop Culture. This is new for me and I encourage you to do the same.
MY CHALLENGE
I challenge you all to choose books to read that will inspire, empower and encourage you to shine resplendently. The only way that can happen is you have to be polished, tested and tried by adversity to become FLAWLESS. To do that with your reading choose books that you would never think to read. I give suggestions in this book report but if you are lead to go in a different direction I highly recommend you explore new territories for your mind. We have been in this quarantine for close to two years now. Instead of thinking on the negative I would like to focus on the positive. I personally have realized how much my reading has grown since I decided to read something daily. I want to encourage you to embrace Quarantine Reading with open arms. Now more than ever it is so very important to feed your mind, body and soul with good things that will help it to grow, be at peace, and healthy. Reading is so very relaxing and it gives you wisdom on subjects, ideas, history, and knowledge you can use now or in the future. I personally have decided to read books that are outside of my norm. I would normally gravitate towards selfhelp or inspirational books.
Reading expands your vocabulary, making you sound like a genius.

MY HOPE FOR YOU ALL I hope that you enjoy my selection for Spring 2022. It is a mix of fiction and non-fiction as well as autobiographies from some of Hip Hop's biggest stars. This is a bit different from my previous lists. I wanted read something different and fun. I carefully looked at what other lists are suggesting and is seems we are all on the same page.. I do have one inspirational book because we can always use some inspiration during these challenging times. Queen Diva is the Visionary/Founder of Diva's Diamonds Book Club who wanted to help the world to get back to reading since 2011.

I am in a different space now than I was ten years ago when I started the Diva's Diamonds Book Club on Facebook. So many things have happened to me and I'm sure for you as well.
