QUEEN'S NOTES

Happy Poetry Month, PINK Diamonds!! It is April 2023! This is the month to celebrate poets and spoken word artists !! I am a lyric poet which means I create, empower, inspire, and encourage the world with my lyric poems through song. It is an honor to write and sing from my heart I have been inspired by many poets such as Langston Hughes, Maya Angelou, Ralph Waldo Emerson, Emily Dickerson, Nikki Giovanni, and so many more

I remember when I was in school I used to be bored with class but it wasn't until we learned poetry that I perked up and paid attention We were taught to write so many different poems such as Haikus, Lyrics, Pose, and so many others I love words and I would get lost in words I look forward to this month every year because I feel inspired to create new poems and songs LOL! I want to encourage you to write a poem it doesn't matter if it rhymes just as long as it comes from your heart and makes you smile then do it
