Lost Dog Wash Trail

The Lost Dog Wash Trailhead is one of the major access points for the southern area of the Scottsdale McDowell Sonoran Preserve. From here, you can easily get on the Anasazi Spur, the Ringtail Trail, Sunrise Trail, the Old Jeep Trail, and continue to other trails throughout the Preserve. Tom’s Thumb Trail

McDowell Mountain Regional Park

McDowell Mountain Regional Park offers over 40 miles of hiking, mountain biking, and horseback riding trails. Butcher Jones

This 4.9-mile round-trip trail overlooks Saguaro Lake most of the way. It’s an easy trail with spectacular views of the lake, the canyon walls, and wildlife. Usery Mountain Regional Park

Usery Mountain Regional Park offers over 29 miles of trails for hiking, mountain biking, and horseback riding.
