This is an urban design project that recovers the Kozlu coastline. Turkey Coal Corporation has used the coast as dump site. The area was a dirty place that interrupts the city. The coast was idle for all terms. People were unable to reach to beach. The project became an attraction point not only for Kozlu but for whole Zonguldak. Aquapark, restaurants, amphitheater, walking track, cafes, scenery terrace, football, tennis and basketball courts, multipurpuse tent and emergency helicopter pist are design in 62000sqm project area. The project is financed with public and private cooperation.

SEKA PARK NICOMEDYA İZMİT
The biggest weakness of Turkish Movie Industry is the qualified studios. While common studios are hired and used by production companies, Turkish productors need to establish their own studios because of the lack of commercial studio space for rent. To bring a solution, old Seka paper factory property is planned to be refurbished into film studios. It is the best way to protect industrial heritage. Rather than keeping it idle, opening gates to public is a better protection. This is a multiple win project for İzmit citizens, film industry, tourists, municipality and so on. We keep all historical buildings as they are and facades are used to decorate stages. Since a big portion of 600000sqm of Seka Paper land is also an archaelogic sit, considerably small space is spared for new studio establishments. Five different size of studios, sound boxes, administration units are located in the project site.The project is a recreation area for domestic and foreign tourists that would like to enjoy coastline and also movie stages used. Bazaar, restaurants, hotel and a amphitheater is designed in the project.
The film studios will not serve only to industry itself, but also bring new business lines to İzmit and increase the tourism demand.

CENDERE CORRIDOR İSTANBUL / KAĞITHANE / CENDERE VADİSİ
Cendere Valley is in the borders of Sarıyer at north, Kagithane at South, Eyup at northwest and Beyoglu at southwest. Valley covers Ayazaga quarter of Sarıyer, Seyrantepe and Hamidiye quarters of Kagithane District. Buyukdere Avenue that is the east border of Valley hosts the most prestigious CBD of Istanbul: Maslak. There were many vestigal industrial facilities in the Valley. Within an examplifing urban governance, master plans has been done and education, informatics and technology uses are assaigned to the valley. Kagithane creek became the link between Blacksea and Golden Horn. Blacksea’s water is started to be pumbed into Golden Horn. These activities restored the ecological nature of the Valley and new projects, mainly offices being developed. Two towers are raised on retail block that is pushed up by columns, so the air flow is enabled to circulate among retail visitors. Floor gardens and exterior cover also designed to serve fresh air to office users. Existing water supply is entegrated into project and the interaction with the natural environment is enhanced.

The project is a result of a land generation study itself. Since the height is not limited by the development right , we need to reach wide land use to succees a remarkable structure. That is why 10500sqm of parcels are amalgamated. Since the project area is in a warm geography, we aimed to keep residents cool through the garden floors and clean air. 320 cm net story height provided a restful environment and we designed large rooms for crowded families.

BULUT RESIDENCE İSTANBUL / FİKİRTEPE
Fikirtepe is one of the biggest urban regeneration sites of Istanbul and the project is designed for a developer. Three residential towers are rised on a mall block. Large terraces and floor gardens are embeded into mall block. To eliminate the vertical perception of high residential towers, they are divided into four floors of segments. Each tower has 24 stories and matching the demands of small families, studio, one bedroom and two bedroom flats are designed.

The project is developed on 410sqm land with 4730sqm built up area in Malatya city center. 40 flats and sports facilities are designed in the project. Ground floor is spared for the commercial use.

CENDERE LOFT İSTANBUL / FİKİRTEPE
Cendere Loft is an A+ serviced apartment project created for white collar professionals. Due to the long work hours and small families, modern and minimal concepts are used. 7000sqm built up area is created on 2100sqm land. Despite the 36,5 meter height limit, loft flats are designed to achieve large volumes. Floor gardens and terraces enabled the wide valley view. Since the project area is on a rush road, 1000sqm space is spared for commercial use. Parking lots and social facilities are solved in basement floors.

KAVAKLIK ZONGULDAK
Zonguldak’ın Kozlu İlçesinde yer alan proje 22.100 m2 inşaat alanı üzerinde 90 konuttan oluşmaktadır. 8 farklı tipolojide ve büyüklükteki konutlar 10 katlı 3 ayrı blok üzerinde yükselmiştir. Orman ve deniz manzarası ile iç içe olan projede manzara görünebilirliği tasarım açsından öncelikli kriter olmuştur. Şehir merkezinden uzakta yüksek standartlı konut stoğu oluşturmayı hedeflenen proje, 3. boyutta yükselerek alanın tahribatını engellemiş açık ve yeşil alanlara geniş yer ayırmıştır. Konut tasarımında dışa açılan alanlar balkon ve teras olarak tasarlanmış ve manzara ile birebir iletişim güçlendirilmiştir. Konutların zemin katları sosyal alanlar ve ticari ünitelere ayrılmıştır. Proje alanının kent merkezinden uzakta olması dolayısıyla bütün ihtiyaçların alan içerisinde çözümlenmesi sağlanmıştır.

The project consists of 132 flats in four blocks rised on two retail stories. 68000sqm built up area containes commercial units, residential apartments and social facilities. Seaview and forest scenery is in perspective of the flats within form of the residential blocks. Floorgardens are designed that is reached from every story circulation. The parking need is solved in basements under the retail area using the elevation difference. Kindergarden and decorative pools are combined with landscape design.

Kral Thermal & SPA is the largest project in its region where it is one of the most important thermal centers of Turkey. 896 flats designed in 126.800 sqm construction area on 58.070 sqm land and will be managed as time-share system. It is a complete vocation and health center with thermal facilities, restaurants, cinema, shopping areas, conference rooms, meeting rooms and playgrounds. Within rooms facing scenery, floor gardens and balconies; users enjoy refreshing thermal environment. The project is designed as a complex with open spaces like Landscape areas, walking trails and large assembly areas. Using elevation difference, community facilities like swimming pools, thermal water pools and gym enabled to receive daylight to reach more relaxing and happy environment.

There are 8 hotels in Kahramanmaras City but non of them are 5 star. To match this gap, Duty Hotel project is created at the center of Kahramanmaras. Since the city became a metropolitan in 2013, flights are increased. Within the developed industry of the city, demand for high quality hospitality services expected to increase. The concept of the hotel carries the modern lines and differentiated from all other structures around. Exterior coverings and geometric forms provide a dynamic style. Interior design is inspired from mimimalistic approach to present comfort in small rooms. Glass and wooded material give the contrast and marble floorings and pastel colors refers to ottoman architecture.

Masallar diyarı Bağdat’da, Babil Oteli’nin karşısında kavşak noktada bulunan proje alanı, iki büyük caddeye olan geniş cephesi ile Bağdat’lıların günlük geçiş güzergahı üzerinde bulunmaktadır. Özel mülkiyet arsa üzerine, yerli yatırımcı fonu ile geliştirilen alışveriş merkezi, bilinen dünya markalarını Bağdat halkına ulaşılabilir kılmak üzere projelendirildi. Kiralama ve tesis yönetim hizmetleri HKG Partners tarafından yapılan projede, açılış tarihi Mart 2014. Uzun güneşlenme süreleri ve yüksek hava sıcaklıkları nedeni ile ziyaretçilerine rahat bir alışveriş ortamı yaratmak için içe dönük özel iklimlendirme koşullarının öngörüldüğü alışveriş ve yaşam merkezidir. Bölgenin alışık olduğu pasaj ve çarşı kullanımları, iç mekan işleyişlerinde uygulanarak, tüketicinin mekana yabancılaşmasının önüne geçildi. 70827 m2 toplam inşaat alanı içerisinde, 39845 m2 kiralanabilir alışveriş alanı ve 9825 m2 kiralanabilir ofis alanı oluşturulmuştur. Giriş katında hipermarket bulunan alışveriş alanında, giyim, kozmetik, teknoloji ve fast-food mağazalarına yer verildi. 50 m2 ’den 492m2’ye kadar farklı genişlikte ofis alanları ile Bağdat merkezindeki nitelikli ofis ihtiyacına cevap verildi. Bağımsız giriş ile ulaşılan son iki kattaki ofis birimlerinden, kartlı sistem ile alışveriş katlarına geçiş sağlandı.

Exhotica is a mixed used project created on 65730sqm land that belongs to Hamoglu Holding. There is Maxi Shopping Mall at the neighbour parcel, again belongs to Hamoglu Holding. Exchotica became a center of attraction with various functions. Within residences, movie theathers, zoo, cafes, restaurants, roller coaster, aqua park, artificial beaches and swimming pools; it provides extensive entertainment options. 550 residential units designed in 3 towers.

HASCEVHER SHOWROOM KAHRAMANMARAŞ
2577 m2 parsel alanı üzerinde 2300 m2 inşaat alanı ile firmanın kurumsal kimlik logosundan esinlenerek Hascevher İdari Bina projesi 15 metre yükseklikte, 3 kat üzerinden galerili olarak tasarlanan idari bir yapıdır. Bina dış cephesi yere bir köşesinden sabitlenmiş dikdörtgen formunu andırırken tasarım da bu çerçeve etrafında geliştirilmiştir. Yükselen bu dikdörtgen kutu zeminden yukarı yükselen kırmızı destek elemanları ile tamamlanmıştır. Yine dış forma referans veren ve iç mekanı dış çevre ile bütünleştiren dikdörtgen pencere elemanları showroom ve galeri alanını cepheden aydınlatacak ve ofis alanlarının perspektifini genişletecek şekilde tasarlanmıştır. Proje içersinde geniş galeri alanı etrafında yükselen 24 m2 den 55 m2 uzanan genişliklerde ofis alanları ve peyzaj alanı içerisinde 31 araçlık otopark alanı bulunmaktadır.

İzmir kent merkezinde İnönü Caddesi üzerinde tasarlanan otel projesi 52 oda ve 108 kişilik yatak kapasitesine sahiptir. Dış cephe tasarımında kavşak noktası karşısında bulunması dolayısı ile bina girişi vurgulanmış ve cephede geniş yer ayrılmıştır. Bina tasarımı bakımından referans noktası izlenimi yaratmaktadır. Gökyüzüne doğru yükselen belirleyici elemanlar aynı zamanda bina cephesindeki lineer tasarım elemanlarını vurgulamaktadır. Bölgede organizasyon alanı eksikliği de göz önünde bulundurularak restoran alanları ve toplantı salonu alanlarına geniş yer ayrılan ayrılmıştır. En küçüğü 23 m2 olan odalarda minimal konsept belirlenerek küçük alanlarda geniş tasarım elemanları çözülmüştür. Katlarda dış alana açılan kat bahçeleri ile odalar geniş teras alanlarına açılmıştır. Bina dış ve iç mekan tasarımında 3 nokta sonsuzluk formuna referans veren liiner tasarım kullanılmıştır.

MEDUSA TERMAL & SPA KAHRAMANMARAŞ / DÖNGELE
Medusa Thermal & SPA project is a real estate investment creation that starts with the re-exploring of geothermal spring water sources that has been lost during the Sır Dam construction in 1987. Following to the test reports of Istanbul University Medical Faculty that proves the benefits of geothermal water; neccassary data has been documented to create the base of analysis and feasability reports. Population, purchasing power and vacation habits of the people in catchment area . Two different catchment are has been defined for excursionists and tourists that will stay overnight. Information gathered from local health authorities to determine the frequency of the disesases that geothermal water provides cure. Alternarive establishments for excursionists and thermal facilities has been investigated, the occupancy rates, ticket sales, access ease , prices and services are all reported and the nature, size and content of the project has been decided according to these facts. Within the approval of Soil Board, a master plan has been designed. Dongele Town became a tourism city . 27000sqm land has been acquired and 67500sqm of built up area has been designed incuding the hotel units and facilities for excursionists. Parcels are spared with commercial development rights that allow retail shops for regional products, hospitality services and so on.The master plan aimed to transform Dongele into a thermal town.

Agri is a northeastern city of Turkey with considerably low population. Due the the lack of flights, highway transportation is the most important gate for the city. That’s why it is needed to have a larger bus terminal. The terminal has been designed within the synthesis of ottoman architecture and modern perspectives. Terminal gives the first impression about Agri. So we aimed to design a building that indentify the city. Bus bays, maintanance units, taxi rank, passenger waiting lounges, restaurants, gift shops and company offices are planned in terminal. Circulation of vehicles and passangers are taken into consideration to ease the pre-travel experience.

Oversea Hotel project is created to satisfy business hotel gap in Anatolia side of Istanbul. Every hotel room includes a small office unit inside and also meeting rooms designed in every floor. Glass curtain walls are used at exterior design to benefit from seaview. Floorgardens give a reliefed environment. Restaurants, ball room and stores are located in ground floor aiming outsiders to use those facilities.

The headquarter of Kipas Paper Co. that is the subsidiary of Kipas Holding that has 4 companies in Turkey’s first 500 and 2 companies among second 500. The exterior design is being inspired from paper and wrapping that the company produces to symbolize the corporate integrity. Due to increase the quality of office environment and working comfort, the shell designed in paper form that is made of eloxal plates aim to balance the air circulation and insolation where the intense sunshine and winds are common.

Kahramanmaraş is wellknown with coppersmith masters and within the industrialization, stainless steel sector became the major drives of the city economy. In context of expanding strategies of Gorgel Steel a facility with 17500m2 indoor area on 22500sqm land in organized industrial zone. L’etoile de Pera is a refurbishment and restoration project takes places at the most famous pedestrian road of Istanbul: Istiklal Avenue. The building is at the intersection of Istiklal Avenue and one of four vehicle roads. The historical building is belong to Ayas Municipality. Only ground floor is used as retail shops and rest of the building was abandoned. The building was registered as second degree historical building and permits are gathered from Monument Board to be restored as a hotel. Winning the tender, 29 years of tenure rights are gathered. Istiklal Avenue is the entertainment center of Istanbul and visited by three million padestrians daily. However there is not enough qualified accomodation places around. Especially for the tourists that would like to stay in boutique and historical buildings, nicely restorated and decorated hotels are highly welcome. So we designed that building as a boutique hotel while ground floor remained with retail function, since the retail use value is much higher. Using the 6.5meter floor height, we designed some loft rooms and suits.

The project is created to serve lawyers and legal counselling companies, just in front of the new Justice Court building that is moved to manupulate the policentric urban plan strategies. The building is designed in long annular form. The building allign with the road boarding itself and achieves higher visibility. The height of the building is compliant with its neighbours, 17meters.The annular form of the structure is designed as two bodies and glass curtain walls are used to get sunlight into working environment. Wooden sun visors are used for shading and this provide dynamism to modern exterior design. The main purpose was to create a happy office experience for lawyers who already have stressfull businesslife.

Kapuz beach is the closest blue flag beach at Zonguldak. The project is an urban design about the recreation of Kapuz coastline. Kapuz is a characteristic Blacksea town with craggy and wavy beach. We overcome these disadvantages through the wave breakers. Walking tracks, landscape areas, cafes and stage are designed to icrease the visits. Cyclic walking tracks are intersected with linear stage. All spaces are designed to get the seaview. Fishing ports that creates unsanitary structures alongside the coastline incorporated with the project to eliminate un-solicited scenery.

This is an urban design project that recovers the Kozlu coastline.Turkey Coal Corporation has used the coast as dump site. The area was a dirty place that interrupts the city. The coast was idle for all terms. People were unable to reach to beach. The project became an attraction point not only for Kozlu but for whole Zonguldak. Aquapark, restaurants, amphitheater, walking track, cafes, scenery terrace, football, tennis and basketball courts, multipurpuse tent and emergency helicopter pist are design in 62000sqm project area. The project is financed with public and private cooperation.

G-FLATS is the igneter project in Kagithane following the master plan corrections done by the Municipality. The main design criteria is the architectural characteristics of the environment. Small pieces from the shanty settlements are gathered and rised in harmony. The exisiting pattern transformed into modern stuctures. Motivation and welfare of the dwellers taken into consideration and slum buildings are demolished to develop G-FLATS. Municipality, urban planners, developer, dwellers, landlords and architects came together to create an urban governance. While the life standarts and living environment of the dwellers increases, starting from the street, whole district is affected from this regeneration project. The main aim was to trigger an urban regeneration and renewal project with proving the necceassity and benefits of those, through G-FLATS project. This project includes the social and economic dynamics of regeneration projects.

The project consists of 232 residences and 1300sqm retail area in 42000sqm total built up area. Open and green space need is at the core of the design. Residential blocks are designed with yards and microclimatic environment is created. Shared yard is designed and planned to promote neighbourhood relations. Wooden coverings provide alive outlook. Parking lots are solved underground and ground floors are spared for retail use and activity facilities. Kindergarden, outdoor fitness area and cafe are designed in the landscape area.

ASSEMBLY :The assembly of all panels,Trusses(Frame work supporting roof) , Purlins and Frame work between floors are joined together by bolts and nuts without the need of welding . This enables us to assembly and dissassembly of system many times. STATISTIC CALCULATIONS :Meets the requirements of Turkish and/or Internatioanal standards stated at item2 ;Sap2000, CFS, STA4CAD, BRICSCAD, HAYESCAD programs are used to make sismic and static calculations depending on the purpose of the building and where the building is located.
