Sonya Sigler

Sonya Sigler is an experienced executive with skills and knowledge in the legal, operations, finance, and business development functions. She’s been an in-house IP and Corporate lawyer for over 25 years.   In 2018 Sonya founded PractiGal and is now an executive leadership coach and consultant specializing in first time CEOs and aspiring women leaders. She is a staunch supporter and advocate for women, and girls, in law and technology. She has written two best sellers in career management – WELCOME to the Next Level and What’s Next for My Career? She loves to speak and train others on career planning, networking, goal setting, and executive functioning, as well as grant writing and fundraising.    Personally, Sonya is married to her forever husband and has three man-boys named after National Parks.
