This Food Journal is an inner space to invite you recording and reviewing eating habits.

Mood Recipe

We are Mood Recipe, a dietary treatment service that provides a reflective and thought-provoking toolkit to guide people in discovering healthy and suitable diets. We support individuals who suffer from emotional eating and want to learn more about themselves.

We combine nutritional and psychological aspects to help people find suitable diets. Specifically, our approach includes Ayurveda dietary treatment and the colour theory of taste and food.

About Food Journal

Writing a journal has a magical effect on relieving pressure and decluttering the mind space. The Food Journal combines three systems: Ayurvedic taste principles, emotion charts, and colour theory. It guides people to reflect on their biases and eating habits, helping them adjust food choices and maintain mindful eating.

The graphs attached in the journal are a system to help you know your eating habits and biases. It is divided into 2 dimensions: mood and taste:
