When our customers buy our products , they buy into the lifestyle we offer ,everyday life can project negative patterns that can be a challenge to everyone. Our love for tea stems from the wellness and healing properties it has. Which is why we source our tea leaf blends from the best supplier in East Asia. We want our customers to have a range of choices, high quality and exquisite taste. The tea community is very important to us, including all workers from harvest to distribution. We believe that ethical and eco-friendly trading is non negotiable. To communicate how this is important to us, we translate the transparency of our products throughout the process. You deserve it.

Our logo is in the form of three triangles, along with a circle in the middle. The design is based on our first product having three distinctive parts , not only this but we believe that the three parts come together to form a metaphor for being whole and mindful with one’s self. As a brand this is what we want our customers to feel like when indulging in ZenTea. Our logo can be used on multiple types of media; on the front and back covers and packaging for the products. The brand name can also be placed directly under the logo with 125 pt spacing underneath , It can be altered in size depending on where the logo is being placed.

Month 1one Jan The first month is focused on spreading and gaining awareness for ZenTea. Noelle Karvary who promotes a positive lifestyle from mindfulness to food , will be asked to share her experience with the product which will expose Zentea with her niche audience who are devoted wellness lovers.
Month TWO FEB In the second month we will carry on increasing awareness of ZenTea to the public , now we will look through coverage into health and wellness and lifestyle magazines. Such as life magazine and The Gourmand journal.
Month 1THREE MAR In the third month ZenTea will continue to use bloggers , this time The Chalkboard MAG will review us and target mass market Millennials. The Review of our products will be addressed on instagram and their website.
Month 1four April In the fourth month , ZenTea will start up and begin to develop social media platforms. Our Instagram will be up and running so that our customers get a feel of what we do . Actively tapping into forming a relationship with our customers , replying to comments and assimilate our brand values.
Month five May After gaining recognition , Zentea attend Balance festival in London in the 11-13th May 2019. A popup workshop stand will be present at the event which will have a communal tea drinking area displaying some of our products for customers to try and buy. Not only this but our employers will be there to answer any questions for the public about the brand and what we do.
Month 1six June At ZenTea we share strong values for our customers wellbeing , therefore during mental health awareness week ( 10th October ) ZenTea we will announce a partnership with Mind ( mental health awareness organisation). To coincide this we will tour through Mind’s UK community’s where we will share the ZenTea experience with them.
Month 1seven July ZenTea will announce a press release in The Guardian to spread awareness about the partnership.
Month 1Eight AUG Our website will be up and generating sign up newsletter scheme. Where our customers will be notified about upcoming events and discount codes personalised to them.

In the sixth month, a collaboration between ZenTea and Nike Lab will be announced. The collaboration will be limited edition.
After the announcement of the collaboration between ZenTea and Nike Lab , a press release will be issued along with upcoming pop up event in the Tokyo MA5 store to unite our brands together.
Month eleven Month twelve November December Building up to Christmas and festivities , ZenTea will distribute posts throughout our platforms including Instagram , Twitter , Snap chat and You Tube. To announce the grand opening of a ZenTea store.
