Brief/Session/Document Title Füd Gourmet Deli Brief Develop the print and digital design collateral for the hypothetical contemporary gourmet deli, named ‘Füd’. With a target consumer of young, working professionals, create a considered brand identity and aesthetic that can be applied to a range of deliverables including food packaging, wayfinding/in store signage, website, and a variety of clothing and textiles for the employees of the deli/café that will visually appeal to the consumer as well as acting as a cost- effective and profitable branding strategy to be proposed for the, as aforementioned, hypothetical company. Background / Considerations Research existing market competitors, their pricing structures, and brand deliverables. Use this research to reflect upon costs dedicated to brand development and deliverables and the design development considerations.

Research the existing deli/café within the United Kingdom, and how to create a brand which stands out in the market place. Gauge regular feedback from target consumers and audiences in regards to the brand identity and the personality which is visually represented, and it’s effectiveness as a means of visual communication.
