SUBMISSION TO COMPETITIONS Deadline for the major national student awards (ISTD, YCN, ISTD) are around the same time this year – 25th March. You will need to check individual competitions for registration details (and deadlines), entry requirements and submission costs. There is a provisional internal deadline or submission to these competitions of Friday 16th March. If work is submitted to us on this deadline we will pay to have work couriered to the relevant address. D&AD NEW BLOOD – TBC As in previous years we will be looking to select between 8 and 10 3rd year students whose work will be represented at the New Blood event in London and who will travel down to London to represent the course on our stand. The remaining time on the programme will offer you the opportunity to demonstrate the creative ability and professional approach that we are looking for when selecting those students who will be involved in the event. END OF YEAR SHOW The end of year show is not an assessed part of the Degree programme and as such our decision to include students in the event is based on the quality and quantity of work produced through out the 3rd year of the programme. We also take into account attendance, punctuality and ability to meet set deadlines when deciding on the inclusion of work. Further information regarding the End of Year Show will be released in due course.
