Sophisticated Giving: Bluegrass Land Conservancy

Join Bluegrass Land Conservancy in celebrating 25 years of land conservation! Since 1995, BLC has protected over 28,000 acres of farmland in Kentucky’s bluegrass region.

We will celebrate our 25th anniversary with a Virtual Auction on September 30th, 2020 featuring special bourbons, halters from Justify and Songbird, one-of-a-kind Kentucky items, and unique experiences you cannot purchase anywhere else. Visit www.bluegrassconservancy. org or call 859-255-4552 to join us for this exciting event.

Bluegrass Land Conservancy’s mission is to protect land in Kentucky’s Bluegrass Region through permanent conservation easements. We seek to ensure a future where the region’s distinctive soils, cultural heritage, scenic vistas, natural resources, and farms are preserved forever. As a nationally accredited, community-supported, 501(c)(3) nonprofit land trust, we work on a voluntary basis with landowners, community groups, and municipalities to encourage the preservation of land for agricultural viability, natural habitat, rural heritage, and scenic open space.

Land conservation ensures a better place to live, work, and play, not just for today, but for future generations. Clean water, healthy soil, fresh air, and open spaces are key components to happy, healthy communities. The decisions we make today will define the relationships our children and grandchildren have with the Bluegrass tomorrow. Since all relationships are built through deep connections, we need your help in sharing this message with your family, friends, and neighbors. Conservation benefits everyone, and it is critical to sustaining our way of life here in the Bluegrass. Learn more at www.bluegrassconservancy.org.
