Students selected for this fellowship will train under the mentorship of Department of Energy (DOE) scientists and engineers and will conduct research projects while gaining insight into how the government is working to meet the energy challenges of the future. During the program, Fellows will receive a stipend and may be eligible to receive a housing and/or travel allowance for the duration of the program. At the conclusion of the fellowship, Fellows will present their research at a technical forum before senior DOE officials.
