HEALTHCARE HERO CAMPAIGN OUR GOAL To collaborate with leaders in our community to enable Healthcare Heroes to have a morale-boosting respite sail.
NOMINATE Nominate a Healthcare Hero who has helped keep our community safe and healthy for a private, 2-hour sail with 3 people of their choice!
DONATE Our sailing excursions are only made possible by the generous donations of our community, who want to support and thank Healthcare Heroes in a tangible way.
COVID IMPACT Healing Winds mission is to provide cancer patients and their caregivers respite sails, an opportunity to "leave cancer behind." Because cancer patients and doctors may feel it is still too early to be out on the lake in a boat with others, Healing Winds is responding with resiliency to meet emerging community needs.
PIVOTING Healing Winds has pivoted to bring those Healthcare Heroes who serve their community on respite sails, a morale-building opportunity for themselves and 3 friends.
