ABOUT ME My name is Sothea ,25 years old and I am a young architect. I was graduated at Norton at the end of 2019. However, I started to intership since I was in year III as an architect. It such as an awesome when i was an intership, I can find myself that I am passionated in residental design and commercail design. Beside of architecture, I really love to travel , sport and volunteer.

HOTEL
LOCATION : SIEM REAP , CAMBODIA CONCEPT : MODERN CLASSIC ARCHITECTURE TYPICAL PROJECT : RENOVATION
DESCRIPTION This projcet has built since 2016 as a rental building in town. After 2years of building, the process is pospone for awhile because client want to change the function of rental building to accomidation building. 4 stars and 5 stars is the target of client. According to client brief that is building was design and drawing by 2 firms architecture already but the client don’t like it. After I chatted with client about building and target of bussiness this building will not 4 or 5 stars hotel. This building will have a miduim class hotel which serve a memborise service that all costumers go there and want to there again. According to this target , I have propose 4 option design to client and the best one is modern classic architecture is the best option for this hotel.

DESCRIPTION This project is own by a state minister of cambodia. It is a amazing project for me and team after we know the background and history of the project. The previous owner is Somdach Pras Ream Bopha Tevi , the princess and the founder royal ballect dancer after khmer rough. This great history is lead us to give concept to renovate this villa. Khmer royal classic architecture is the best and great for this project. After the owner see our design, He said , “ If i have a look to this design , I see this design as a women dancing in front of me ”. we suprise and we think that our concept is work and the client know the value of this architecture.

DESCRIPTION 38TH Skyscraper is the first high rise building for me in life of architecture. This building is use curtain glass with alluminume as skinning design for building. This project is located at Weath building project now a day. The main concept of building is Lotus. It is a typical plant which grow out of the murd to be a beautiful flower on the water. If we compare to bussines , it means like a business is struggle all the best to achive a goals like a lotus.

DESCRIPTION The owner of this house is living at Korea now. They want to build this house for their family in Cambodia and give them a work at home. Their family in cambodia is a local seller who sell the equipment and food. The owner said more than a business they want to use this house as a place for living when they visit here. Most of concept here is divide space as 3 space, public space , semi publice space and private space.

The owner of this restaurent is sport player of cambodia. The main concept is , they want to build and open space.

DESCRIPTION Cafe Plus is a famous branding coffee shop in phnom penh. This coffee shop is always at the Caltex station and most of previouse design is follow by the company guide. Such as a interesting architecture project, in this case our client want to have a new style of building which follow the guide only in the interior design. Shadding is the one of concept to design. This design will help the buiilding cool and an amazing facade.
