That is Monaco. Only these days, it is not only an exotically beautiful woman on the arm of the leading man. Long distinguished as the second smallest citystate in Europe (the smallest is Vatican City), Monaco has enjoyed its niche as a prime tourist destination in the French Riviera, right along the coast of the Mediterranean Sea.
