Remember, you are always being observed. The easier and stressfree you are during an event, the more likely someone will think, “I can do that!”

A key to a fast, easy set up is to set up your display at home and take a picture. When you’re setting up for a party, just refer to the picture.

You should have your products for sampling and the products you’ll display. (Organize your other products so that you can get to them easily; but leave them in the trunk of your car.)

First go to the door with just your notebook or file for the party. Greet her/him and make sure they are excited about the discount they are going to earn. View the area where you will set up your products so that you’ll know what you should/should not bring in from the car.

After they experience the product, they should see you about questions and placing their order. The best way to get the full benefit of the products is to buy in sets so they can layer the fragrance: shower gel, balm or custard, and solid perfume. (You might consider giving them a $$$ discount for every set you sell.)

TAKE ORDERS & CLOSE OUT!

Personally speak with each person and thank them for coming as you take their clipboard to complete their order. Give them a credit on their order based on party bills or coupons they earned throughout the evening.

As you’re totaling their order… Talk with them about the Host program and how excited you would be to have a party for them and their friends. (Review program.) Talk about them so you can find the best approach to make an appointment with them to discuss the business.

HAVE THE party DRAWING…

Now that you have all the prospect cards in your possession, pull a name for the final drawing! Acknowledge your host and her discount level. Ask 3-4 guests for Party Bills: What’s the highest check earned in Soul Purpose? How many product categories are there? Who is the Founder/CEO of Soul Purpose? Invite them to ask questions. Give 1 Bill for a question about the party, 2 bills for a question about hosting, 5 bills for a question about the business.
