SoulMoves is the name under which I lead transformational workshops and private sessions in 5Rhythms dance, Authentic Movement, Relationship Work and Family Constellations: more info on www.soulmovesME.com. This is a page to share what's happening in my work, and create a platform for students and workshop participants to stay connected. If you don't know me yet, read on: I am an experienced workshop leader, group facilitator and therapist. As a certified teacher of Gabrielle Roth's 5Rhythms Dance, I've been teaching in Maine, other states and abroad for over10 years. I am also a body-oriented psychologist (MA, cum laude), and currently training to lead Family Constellation seminars. Beyond that I am an artist at heart and a great lover of nature and spirit. Latest project: Leading a Transition Town Initiative in my region with some great friends and Earth-Stewards, and slowly building a small-scale retreat center, "Earth and Soul Institute" at the foot of the Camden Hills with my honey.
