INFERENCES • There are over 100 companies present in Bangalore who are clients of other LC’s. • The total sum of raises given by those 100 odd companies are around 320 raises per year. • Majority of those clients were raised in 2012/ retained from 2012. • The number of companies dealt by other companies, present in Bangalore have been increasing from 2007 which shows that Bangalore has huge potential for GIP ICX, better than any other LC in AIESEC India. • Maximum contribution from these clients have been in 2012 due to the fact that the Educational Sector was changed to GIP ICX from GCDP ICX. • Total number of Raises from those clients have been increasing over the past years showing that AIESEC has become more relevant in the corporate/educational sector and companies want to partner with AIESEC. • The Average number of Raises given by a client to AIESEC India is decreasing yearly. That is, the oldest client gives the maximum number of raises. This shows that AIESEC India had good CRM processes with those clients. • But the umber of such clients have been reducing, showing that AIESEC India could not maintain uniform CRM processes for all clients. This shows the non uniformity of Account Management in AIESEC India. • Looking at the above facts, AIESEC Bangalore should focus on heavy ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT and devote right kind and amount of membership for the same.
