Bake a Cake Make Wishes For A Birthday Special A Birthday is considered as an incomplete birthday without a Birthday cake. The cake can be of any flavor with an umpteen range of choices in chocolate cakes, strawberry, orange, black forest, vanilla, butterscotch, and many others. The cake can even be photo cake with beautiful icing on them. One may even choose between the type of cake like cheese or a chocolate cake. Only wishes for the birthday is not sufficient to make a birthday complete, one always needs to have a cake for the event be it for any age group. How to make A Choco Fudge Cake Ingredients needed: 115 grams dark chocolate, Chopped1¼ cups refined flour (maida) 1¼ teaspoons baking powder 150 grams unsalted butter softened 1 cup demerara sugar 1 teaspoon vanilla essence 3 eggs, beaten ⅔ cup drained yogurt Chocolate curls to decorate Method: You must preheat the oven to a temperature of 190ºC/375ºF/Gas Mark 5. Now, melt the chocolate in a bowl, or in a pan, which is heatproof, or over a pan of simmering water respectively. Alternatively, melt the chocolate in a bowl in a microwave oven on HIGH for one minute. 3. Cream the butter with the sugar until it becomes light and fluffy. Then beat it in the vanilla essence, then gradually you may or may not add the beaten eggs (as per your choice), and beat it well after each addition you make. Stir in the melted chocolate and drain the yogurt evenly. Fold it in the flour. Pour your batter into the prepared cake tin and bake for twenty to twenty-five minutes. Keep it onto a wire rack to cool it down. When it is completely cold, cut in half horizontally. 1.


4. To make the icing, melt dark chocolate as above. Stir in the powdered sugar and drained

yogurt. Stir the mixture with a rubber spatula until smooth; beat until the icing begins to cool and thicken slightly. Work quickly spread the remaining icing over the top and decorate with chocolate curls. Thus, one can make the cake in about 25 to 30 minutes and decorate it with beautiful shells, jewels or flowers to create a solid impression with best quality of products and at a very affordable price when baked at home.
