The product: This project delves into creating an app for the visitors of

Bharat Bhavan, an art gallery based in Bhopal, India. As of now, the art galley does not have a dedicated app. It has a poorly designed website. This project tries to make the user experience of the visitors better by incorporating some

After a literature review on frequent problems dealt with by visitors after visiting an art gallery and interviewing visitors, I categorized the users into two categories. One, people who are art enthusiasts and frequent visitors, and two, people who visit art galleries for events and exhibitions.

Based on the theme that: find it difficult to find the book tickets button, an insight is: users need better cues to find the button

Based on the theme that: wanted to see the ticket after booking, an insight is: addition of a confirmation page and book tickets page will be helpful. Also redirecting the users to the book tickets page will be useful after booking.

Based on the theme that: were confused while booking for an event in an auditorium as they could not choose their seats, an insight is: to create a page where users can choose their preferred seats while booking for an auditorium.
