3rd Grade
He continues to be in a hurry and not accepting full responsibility for his work, from writing to proof reading. I think he can realize his full potential though from more effort on his part.

“I work in a very remote part of the world and lack the ability to access people with whom I can share thought provoking conversation, that does not relate specifically to my work. Your blogs are part of my Friday morning read and reflect time. I have so many questions and thoughts.”
