Happy Bulletin Board “I go to San Diego Comic-Con (an annual celebration of everything comics and pop culture) every year. This year, I came home with lots of joy-bringing swag. I couldn’t bear to hide them away…so for a month they sat in a neat, happy pile on my bookshelf. Then I had an idea—a bulletin board filled with good things, like thank- you notes, pictures of my favorite people, and, of course, my Comic-Con swag. Why not do the same?”

Your Happy Book Sticky Notes are a perfect place to start! Whenever you finish a favorite new note, put it on your happy bulletin board. Add other things that make you smile, like a countdown to your favorite holiday or a favorite picture. Soon, it will be a chock-full display of what brings you joy.

Unplug for a Day “I’ll admit that it didn’t initially sound like the happiest idea to a happily plugged-in girl like me. But I did it, and now I’m a believer! I spent a weekend away from the TV and the Interwebs…and it rocked.”

How would you spend an unplugged day? Plan it out here and then DO it! _________________________________________ _________________________________________ _________________________________________ _________________________________________ _________________________________________
