HOW THE WINE SHOULD BE KEPT AT HOME? How should we keep a wine bottle when brought home? In this article we will tell you some tips in order to avoid ( as far as it is possible) a problem with your bottle.
-Differenciate wines. A young wine and a matured wine should be differenciated. The matured wine, could have been aged in oak or and in the bottle previously, giving a longer life than a non matured fresh young wine.In this case should be drunk within the year from the vintage date.If this aplies to reds, give and extra care on young roses or whites. -The best conditions to keep a wine are: - Darkness :direct sun light can damage the wine. - Temperature : keep the wines between 14-16ºC - Humidity a level of 70% is perfect. - Position: Wine bottles age better at horizontal position, the cork must be in touch with the wine. - Odourless.Keep the wines in palace that has not any funny smell.
- Peacefully. The wine has to rest, and get wise. A professional wine cellar is recomended and in this case avoid bargains, they can turn your Vega Sicilia’s in great vinegar! If you do not posses one of those, would be better to buy the wines from a reatiler that has a good wine cellar, -Nothing Like a well preserved wine. Opening a bottle of good wine at the right moment ( aged at home) and served at the right temperature is an art that only few can master.Your guest will appreciate that, and if not, you have a good excuse to open that special bottle you have cared of for so long. Alternatively, we sometimes are asked to keep the wines an importer buys in the winery cellar for an extra period, and are served upon requirement.

-DO MANCHUELA
Rosalia and family are involved in all the aspects of the wine production, including the design of the labels for their Alto Landon winery in Manchela, DO. Only organic processes are used to create a chemical-free environment in the entire winery. There is a natural water tank below the vineyard, which fosters fertility all around the planted area. The philosophy of this winery is very simple: the secret of a great wine lies in the grapes, which should be treated with great care the whole year, selected one by one during the harvesting and picked at the exact point of ripeness.
*GORKA IZAGUIRRE
Gorka Izagirre winery is a project under Eneko Atxa ,3* Michelin chef at Arzumendi Restaurant, supervision, in order to provide to his clients a full gastro-enlogic experience of what is produced within his land. They know that the only thing necessary in order to achieve a high quality Txakoli is working with excellent grapes, and treating these in the winery with the same affection that was given to them in the vineyard. Their Txakoli’s are cultivated in more than 40 hectares of vineyards; Very nice crispy whites wines from the Hondarrabi Zuri varieties .
-DO BISCAY TXAKOLI
*BLANCA REYES -DO JEREZ-SHERRY

Bodegas Blanca Reyes is a traditional family winery, originally founded in 1884 by Mr. Francisco Espinosa de los Monteros in Jerez de la Frontera, capital city of the Jerez-Xèrez-Sherry denomination of origin. Until 2008 this winery had been working only as an official provider for Gonzalez Byass, a winery supervised by the world renowned sherry maker Rafael Garcia, so their history as an independent wine maker is quite recent. All the process of breeding and ageing is traditionally made with the genuine sherry system of criaderas and soleras.
