Kingdom Diversity

The Kingdom Diversity Initiative is rooted in Scripture. The biblical story testifies that God is cultivating a people comprised of every “tribe, tongue, people, and language” (Revelation 7:9), and Southeastern strives to reflect God’s plan on campus. The fall of Genesis 3 impends the unity God intended for humanity, but Christ’s death and resurrection eliminated the dividing wall of hostility between brothers and sisters of different ethnic backgrounds (Ephesians 2:14). The Kingdom Diversity Initiative seeks to heal individual perspectives and programmatic racial brokenness that causes disunity on our campus, in the Church and in society at large. We are convinced that if God’s people prepare for ministry together, we are better equipped to engage the challenges of this fallen world with the one true gospel of Jesus Christ.
