To not have you in physical form is as much grief as a parent can take. Cassandra loved God foremost. Every night before going to bed she would say the Lords Prayer. She was passionate about cooking and very good at it. Nutritionally sound cooking would of been her emphasis. She loved to play sports and was working out often. It was nice to see her throwing the football, shooting hoops in our yard, or playing catch with her brother Trent. She gave of herself unconditionally and was very humble. I will miss her doing things for me without asking, “she was going to take care of me forever” Cassandra said. She was a prolific writer and was in the works of writing 4 novels. She attended Robert Morris University in Chicago for her Bachelors in Culinary and Hospitality Management degree. She was 2.5 years into her degree. Cassandra was on the soccer team at College and was just given the opportunity to be the soccer captain. She humbly and barely told me. So many people have touched Cassandra and our families life. Helping us with that strength we need. Our children are but GIFTS.
