SOUTHERN QUEENSLAND COUNTRY
WELCOME TO
Southern Queensland Country THIS GUIDE WILL HELP YOU navigate your way through some of Queensland's most interesting and beautiful countryside. From the Lockyer Valley in the East to Goondiwindi in the west; from Kingaroy in the north to Stanthorpe in the south, and all the small country towns along the way which are bursting with friendly hospitality and tales to tell. Use this guide to plan your drive and be inspired on where to stay, what to do, and what to eat and drink along the way.
Our handy reference guides are based on activities so you can research the best places to go for fishing, camping, art, nature, food, art and wine, plus so much more. Make sure you check out our calendar of events - there is something on every month in our region. With such an abundance of choice, we have included QR Codes on many sections to help you find out more detailed information on that subject. Be sure to also follow us on Facebook and Instagram too! See you in the country!
